Terms and Conditions of Booking
If you are making a booking for face painting (and/or other services) at a private party, your booking is considered to be confirmed once we receive your booking fee. We can only hold your booking for 72 hours without a booking fee.
Once we have agreed the date, time and fee for your event, you will be sent a booking confirmation by email. This confirms your booking and we ask that you make note of our cancellation policy below.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT
- Please provide a table and 2 chairs and have them ready for when your face painter arrives. If you cannot provide us with a table and chairs, please let us know so that we can make arrangements.
- For outdoor events, you must be able to provide a stable gazebo or other shelter to protect our face painters from the elements.
- Where possible, please ensure that our face painters are able to be near to toilet facilities.
For private parties, we ask for a £15 booking fee to be paid within 72 hours of your booking reservation. This amount is then deducted from the balance due on the day.
For all bookings, if you are planning an outdoor event and do not have a ‘wet weather’ back-up plan, then we ask for a 50% booking fee to secure your booking. This fee is deducted from the total of the booking. It is non-refundable if you cancel your event due to bad weather.
We do have to turn down a lot of work, so we ask that if you need to change or cancel your face painting booking, you provide us with as much notice as possible.
All £15 booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel your event.
If you have opted to pay for your booking in instalments and have to cancel, so long as you give us more than 21 days notice, we will refund everything paid apart from the £15 booking fee.
OUR FACE PAINTERS
On rare occasions, we may have to do some last minute juggling of our face painters in order to fulfil demand. Usually, when you book, Debra will be your main face paint artist (unless told otherwise at the start). If this has to change, you will be contacted with the name and contact number of your alternative face painter. Don’t worry, this rarely every happens, but we want you to know that we sort everything out if things ever have to change.
